Reference with a different face?

One thing I particularly like about Reference is all of its faces...whether it is a teenager trying to find out about monarchs (butterflies or kings and queens?), or a consumer health searcher. The goal of a librarian is to help patrons/consumers gain access to that information that they need and/or want. Continuing this blog, CHI has become the topic for a few weeks but it affects us all for a lifetime.
